about

** I am releasing this archival purposes primarily, as part of my musical diary experiment. **
An incredibly mixed bag of music I made during my first period piano class at Howard High during senior year 2012-2013. Inspired heavily by Thomas Newman, Norah Jones, Alison Krauss/Robert Plant's "Raising Sand", and Norah Jones again. Many a morning spent with headphones on my freshly showered wet hair, wearing t shirt and shorts in 20 degree winter weather. "Do You Feel Sad" is a number I made within ten minutes of finding out my parents were getting divorced after a blowout fight, watching my dad have a breakdown while taking me to school, and right before I took an AP English exam (which I failed...LOL). You can find covers of "Satan, Your Kingdom Must Come Down" (the theme for TV show "BOSS" starring Kelsey Grammer), some covers of Norah Jones songs, and my attempt at singing a chorus from "Through the Morning, Through the Night" from the collab album between Alison Krauss and Robert Plant, "Raising Sand."

Split between ambient, retrowave, and weird tracks. For me mood is the most important aspect of music. With music, I'm always trying to share a mood...
